About the Image Browser

The image browser is a two paned window displaying a thumbs list and a image view. The thumbs list displays all the objects at the location specified on the location bar. The image view displays the current selected image object. The image view allows you to pan and zoom around the image, it has many powerful viewing functions (see Keys List).

The image browser allows you to view a large quantity of image objects in a single directory, displaying all of them on the thumbs list or a selected image "up close" on the image view.

The tool bar can be customized by going to Settings->Customize...

The location bar indicates what contents are being displayed on the thumbs list.

The write protect indicator displays whether the master write protect is on or off . If the indicator is on then it means that no operations that would cause modifications would be allowed. You can toggle the master write protect simply by clicking on the indicator itself or going to Settings->Write Protect.

The progress bar indicates if the window is currently busy.

The status bar can display information about selected objects, the highlighted function, or the verbose progress of an operation.
